Contact us via WhatsApp at 077 494 5732 or use the USSD code. You'll need your ID number and mobile number. Registration takes less than 5 minutes.
Which services can I aggregate?
You can aggregate money transfers from Nedbank Send iMali, FNB eWallet, ABSA CashSend, Standard Bank Instant Money, and other major South African money transfer services.
Where can I withdraw?
Once aggregated, you can withdraw from any Cymless merchant nationwide, regardless of which bank sent the money. You can also use participating merchants including Bluelabel, Flash, and Kazang.
Is my money safe?
Yes. We use 256-bit encryption and multi-factor authentication, and follow South African Reserve Bank regulatory requirements.
Can I use Cymless without internet?
Yes. Cymless works via both mobile app (requires internet) and USSD code (no internet required). Most transactions can be done using USSD.
